After completing the payment on this site, we will ship it sequentially on our business day. (Cash on delivery will be shipped sequentially after confirming the order details).

If you purchase products with different shipping dates at the same time, such as pre-order sales or multiple sales, they will be delivered together with the product with the latest shipping date.

About returns

  • Conditions for accepting returns
    Only unused and unopened products can be returned if contacted within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order or return it, please forward the order confirmation email to order1@gruppem.co.jp , specifying the item to be returned and the reason for the return.
  • Regarding return shipping and handling charges
     The customer is responsible for the shipping fee and the transfer fee for the refund. If the product is returned by cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If there is exterior damage and evidence of unpacking, we will reduce the amount depending on the situation.
  • About refund
     We will process the refund after confirming the arrival of the returned product.

The refund method depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

For credit cards and Apple Pay :
The date on which we process the return will be the approximate date on which the charge to the credit card company will be cancelled. Therefore, if your credit card company's closing date is exceeded, the refund will be made on the next debit date.

For bank transfer and cash on delivery:
 We will transfer the money to your designated account.

 *In principle, refunds will be made through the shopping site, except in the case of cash on delivery. Exceptionally, when a refund is issued by us, please note that we may deduct the amount equivalent to various points granted by the transaction in question. In any case, the transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.
