Payment deadline

Delivery lead time

  • After placing your order, we will ship it on the same day or the next day (only on our business days).
  • Depending on the product, it may take some time to ship. If you are in a hurry, please be sure to check the delivery date in advance. (Especially ram air systems and aero parts take time to deliver.)
  • We do not ship orders on our company's holidays.

When purchasing multiple products with different shipping dates at the same time, such as pre-orders or multiple sales, the products will be shipped according to the product with the latest shipping date.

Returns Policy

  • Conditions for accepting returns
     We will accept returns only for unused and unopened products if you contact us within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please forward the order confirmation email to order1@gruppem.co.jp , clearly indicating the item to be returned and the reason for return.
  • Regarding return shipping and handling fees
     Shipping and bank transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer. If you return the item cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If there is any damage to the exterior or evidence of opening the package, the amount will be deducted depending on the situation.
  • Refund Policy
     We will process the refund after confirming the arrival of the returned product. If you paid by credit card, we will deduct 4% of the payment amount as a credit card transaction fee from the refund.

The refund method will depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

For credit cards and Apple Pay :
 The date of return processing at our company is approximately the date of the charge cancellation to the credit card company. Therefore, if the process crosses over the closing date of your credit card company, the refund will be made on the next withdrawal date.

For bank transfer and cash on delivery:
 We will transfer the money to your specified account.

 * Except for cash on delivery, refunds will be made through the shopping site as a general rule. Please note that, in exceptional cases, when we issue a refund, we may deduct the amount of points awarded for the transaction. In either case, the customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred for the refund.

  • You can cancel your order if you contact us before the product is shipped.
