About returns
- Conditions for Accepting Returns We accept returns of unused and unopened products only if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel or return an order, please forward the order confirmation email to customer@gruppem.co.jp, specifying the item to be returned and the reason for the return.
- Shipping and Handling Fees for Returns Shipping fees and transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is returned by cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If there is exterior damage and evidence of unpacking, we will reduce the amount depending on the situation.
- About Refunds Refunds will be processed after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
The refund method depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
For credit cards and Apple Pay:
The date on which we process the return will be the approximate date on which the charge to the credit card company will be cancelled. Therefore, if your credit card company's closing date is exceeded, the refund will be made on the next debit date.
For bank transfer and cash on delivery:
